电力系统智能电网通信网络规划策略

Planning Strategy for Communication Network of Smart Grid in Power System

摘要 智能电网(Smart Grid,SG)以坚强网架为基础,以通信网络为支撑,具有信息化和自动化的特点,而通信网络的运行稳定直接关系到SG的安全性和可靠性。因此,需要高度重视通信网络规划,提高通信网络的运行效率,为SG的运行提供保障。基于此,文章分析SG通信网络的总体架构,并从规划目标、规划内容、规划步骤、关键技术以及规划方案等方面,论述电力系统SG通信网络规划策略,以期促进SG的持续发展。 Smart grid(SG)is based on strong grid and supported by communication network,which is characterized by informationization and automation,while the stable operation of communication network is directly related to the security and reliability of SG.Therefore,it is necessary to attach great importance to the planning of the communication network,improve the operational efficiency of the communication network,and provide protection for the operation of the SG.Based on this,the article analyzes the overall architecture of the SG communication network,and discusses the planning strategy of the power system SG communication network from the aspects of planning objectives,planning content,planning steps,key technologies,and planning schemes,in order to promote the sustainable development of the SG.
