柠檬醛猴樟组培苗幼态茎段扦插研究

摘要 以柠檬醛猴樟组培苗枝条为材料,研究其茎段、IBA、扦插基质和扦插时间对生根的影响。结果表明,柠檬醛猴樟组培苗幼态茎段的生根率达89.58%,其生根率、根数和根长均显著高于扦插苗茎段;IBA能够显著促进柠檬醛猴樟组培苗幼态茎段的生根,组培苗幼态茎段生根最适IBA浓度为3000 mg/L,生根率达94.79%;清水处理组培苗幼态茎段的生根率为67.71%,高于扦插苗茎段的生根率(54.17%),这是由于柠檬醛猴樟组培苗被诱导恢复了生根能力;蛭石和松树皮混合基质对柠檬醛猴樟组培苗幼态茎段的生根有显著影响,蛭石和松树皮按2∶1或1∶1配比混合茎段的生根率较高,分别为94.79%和91.67%;扦插时间对柠檬醛猴樟组培苗幼态茎段的生根也有显著影响,5月底和7月底扦插,茎段的生根率达到85%以上,9月底扦插茎段的生根率稍低,为72.92%。 Using semi-lignified annual branches from juvenile stem pieces of Cinnamomum bodinieri var.citralifera as materials,the effects of IBA,cutting medium and cutting time on rooting of C.bodinieri var.citralifera were studied with stem pieces cutting technique.The results show that the stem pieces' root rate was 89.58% from juvenile stem pieces of C.bodinieri var.citralifera tissue culture seedlings,and the rooting rate,root number and root length were significantly higher than those from cutting seedlings.IBA could significantly promote the juvenile stem pieces' rooting of C.bodinieri var.citralifera,the optimum concentration of IBA was 3000 mg/L,and the rooting rate reached 94.79%.The juvenile stem pieces' root rate of C.bodinieri var.citralifera from control group also reached 67.71%,the rooting rate was higher than those from cutting seedlings(54.17%),indicating that C.bodinieri var.citralifera tissue culture seedlings were induced to restore rooting ability.The mixture medium of vermiculite and pine bark had significant effect on the juvenile stem pieces' rooting of C.bodinieri var.citralifera,the optimum mixture medium of vermiculite and pine bark was in the ratio of 2∶1 and 1∶1,and the juvenile stem pieces' root rate was higher,reaching 94.79% and 91.67% respectively.The cutting time also had significant effect on the juvenile stem pieces' rooting of C.bodinieri var.citralifer.The juvenile stem pieces' root rate reached 85% at the end of May and July,and the juvenile stem pieces' root rate was slightly low at the end of September(72.92%).
