摘要
ISO 37108:2022,Sustainable cities and communities-Business districts-Guidance for practical local implementation of ISO 37101,is the first standard for the sustainable development management of business districts in the world.Taking Fashion&Vigor Industrial Zone of Chunxi Road and Jiaozi Park Financial Business District in Chengdu as examples,this paper elaborates on the application of ISO 37108 and shares the distinctive experience of Chengdu.It offers a comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of standardization in promoting the sustainable development of business districts.
