摘要
髌骨不稳是常见的膝关节疾病,多发于青少年。主要是由骨性结构异常引起,例如滑车发育不良、高位髌骨、髌骨倾斜和胫骨结节-滑车沟(tibial tubercle-trochlear groove,TT-TG)距离的增加。本综述主要从胫骨结节偏侧、髌骨高度、髌骨倾斜、滑车发育不良和髌股关节匹配汇总髌骨不稳的评估指标。介绍参考平面的选择、各指标具体的测量计算方法、截断值以及使用不同影像技术测量之间的差异,为临床诊断评估髌骨不稳提供参考。
Patellar instability is a common knee disorder in adolescents.It is primarily caused by such bony structural abnormalities as trochlear dysplasia,high patella,patellar tilt and greater TT-TG(TT-TG)distance.The evaluation parameters of patellar instability were summarized from the perspectives of hemipathy of tibial tuberosity,patellar height,patellar tilt,trochlear dysplasia and patellofemoral matching.This review focused upon the selection of reference planes,specific measurements,calculation methods of each parameter,cut-off values and differential measurements of various imaging techniques to provide references for clinical diagnoses and evaluations of patellar instability.
