摘要
建立了超声萃取-高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定汽车内饰件中24种有机磷阻燃剂(OPFRs)的分析方法。样品采用甲醇超声提取后,经高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定,以保留时间和特征离子丰度比定性,外标法定量。24种OPFRs在10~500 ng/L线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.99,方法检出限为0.04~0.19μg/kg,精密度为2.4%~18.4%,加标回收率为77.4%~129.0%。该方法具有较高的灵敏度和准确度,适用于汽车内饰件中24种OPFRs的同时测定。
An analytical method for the determination of 24 organophosphorus flame retardants(OPFRs)in automotive interiors by high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry was established.Samples were extracted by ultrasound with methanol.With high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of OPFRs were based on retention time and characteristic ion abundance ratio,and external standard method,respectively.24 types of OPFRs had good linear relationships within the range of 10-500 ng/L,with correlation coefficients greater than 0.99.The detection limit of the method was 0.04-0.19μg/kg,with a precision of 2.4%-18.4%and a recovery rate of 77.4%-129.0%.The method has high sensitivity and accuracy,and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of 24 OPFRs in automotive interiors.
