摘要
为解决基于数字化场景的教学资源、教学实践和教学评价等铁路机务岗位能力培养过程中面临的实际问题,依托铁道机车运用与维护专业核心课程《机车行车安全与设备》,运用信息技术开发对接岗位标准化作业流程的教学资源,依托国家级虚拟仿真实训基地开展基于数字化场景的教学实践,设计具备预测、过程和结果评价的智能算法,旨在通过数字化场景开发与实践提升铁路机务岗位人才培养实效。
In response to the practical problems faced in the process of cultivating railway locomotive driving position abilities in relation to digital scene teaching resources,teaching practices and teaching evaluations,three corresponding solutions of using information technology to develop teaching resources that connect with standardized position processes,relying on national virtual simulation training bases to carry out teaching practices based on digital scenes and designing intelligent algorithms with prediction,process and result evaluation capabilities are proposed based on the core course"Locomotive Driving Safety and Equipment Operation"of railway locomotive operation and maintenance,aiming to enhance the effectiveness of talent cultivation in railway maintenance positions through digital scene development and practice.
