摘要
近年来,以抗程序性死亡受体1(PD-1)的单克隆抗体为代表的免疫检查点抑制剂(ICIs)在实体肿瘤治疗中取得重大突破,但其导致的免疫相关不良事件的报道也逐渐增加。ICIs相关心肌炎发病率虽然低,但病情进展迅速且病死率高,早期识别并启动治疗是避免重症并发症的关键。本文报道1例PD-1抑制剂相关心肌炎患者的诊治过程。
Recently,immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs),especially anti-programmed death-1(PD-1)antibodies,have made major breakthrough in the treatment of solid tumors,but the reports of immune-related adverse events caused by ICIs have gradually increased.Although the incidence of ICIs related myocarditis is low,the disease progresses rapidly and the fatality rate is high.Early identification and initiation of treatment is the key to avoid severe complications.This article reports the diagnosis and treatment of a patient with PD-1 inhibitor-related myocarditis。
