摘要
由于现有的监测方法识别过载数量均没有达到5个,监测精度低,为此研究基于数学建模的通信载荷异常智能监测方法。根据通信载荷信息流对无线通信网络中的显著特证数据进行描述,运用泊松分布的方式对随机负荷的总量进行描述,将所有类型的载荷描述进行综合,建立在通信网络中的载荷智能模型提取异常载荷。通过模态分解的方式得到载荷的包络特征,得到固定模态时频特征分量。利用相像参数法进行通信网络异常载荷的特征提取建立通信网络传输过程中的特征经验库。通过获取载荷种类,运用PSO算法来对于通信载荷异常智能监测。根据实际情况设定阈值,判断最优解与阈值的关系,得到异常和正常通信载荷从而完成基于数学建模的通信载荷异常智能监测。实验结果表明,实验组在不同时序点中均能够监测出5个过载,达到良好且准确的监测效果。同时,10测试计算得到的AB指数均在0.01~0.03内,达到了较高的监测精度,更准确地监测异常情况。
Because the existing monitoring methods do not reach 5 overload identification num-bers,and the monitoring accuracy is low,the intelligent monitoring mcthod of communication load anomaly based on mathematical modeling is studied.According to the significant special certificate data in the wireless communication network of the communication load information flow,the total amount of these random loads is described by the way of Poisson distribution,all types of load descriptions are integrated,and the load intelligence model established in the com-munication network extracts the abnormal load.The envelope characteristics of the load are ob-tained by mode decomposition,and the time-frequency characteristic components of the fixed mode are obtained.Using the phase image parameter method to extract the characteristics of communication network for the abnormal load of communication network.By obtaining the load type,the PSO algorithm is used to intelligently monitor the abnormal communication load.Set the threshold valuc according to the actual situation,judge the relationship between the opti-mal solution and the threshold value,and obtain the abnormal and normal communication load to complete the intelligent monitoring of the abnormal communication load based on mathemat-ical modeling.The experimental results show that the experimental group can monitor 5 over-loads in different timing points,and achieve a good and accurate monitoring effect.At the same time,the AB index calculated by the ten tests was within 0.01~0.03,which achieved a high monitoring accuracy and monitored the abnormal situation more accurately.
