新型搅拌装置底支撑结构探讨及应用

摘要 基于带有底支撑的搅拌设备在运行中存在的问题,指引了新型底支撑的研发、设计基本方向。在新型底支撑封闭腔体内注入水或其他允许的无固含的液体,使物料中的固相很难进入到新型底支撑的封闭腔体内,由于隔绝了物料中的固相进入新型底支撑腔体内,从而消除了因此而引起的搅拌设备振动、底支撑磨损等问题,从而扩大了底支撑应用场合,形成一系列优势。本文主要介绍了底支撑的作用、新型底支撑的结构特点以及与安装底支撑相应的注意事项。 Based on the problems existing in the operation of the mixing equipment with the base support,it guides the basic direction of the research and development and design of the new base support.In the new bottom support closed cavity into water or other allowed solid liquid,the solid phase in the material is difficult to enter the new bottom support closed chamber,because the solid phase in the material into the new bottom support chamber,thus eliminate the stirring equipment vibration,bottom support wear and tear,thus expand the bottom support application,form a series of advantages.This paper mainly introduces the function of the bottom support,the structural characteristics of the new bottom support and the precautions corresponding to the installation bottom support.
