新时代湖南省粮储工作“三服务”水平提升研究

摘要 新时代粮食和物资储备行业面临新形势、新任务、新要求,办公室工作承担的任务更重、要求更严、标准更高,需要不断提升办公室工作水平。文章阐述了新时代办公室工作的基本要求,并结合生产实际,提出粮食和物资储备系统办公室应从处理好“高”与“低”、“大”与“小”、“前”与“后”及“内”与“外”4个方面的关系来提升“三服务”工作水平,从发挥好“总枢纽”“智囊团”“督办员”“大管家”“排头兵”5个作用来助力湖南省粮食和物资储备行业高质量发展。 In the new era,the food and strategic reserve industry is facing new situations,new tasks,and new requirements.The tasks undertaken by office work are heavier,with stricter requirements and higher standards,and the level of office work needs to be continuously improved.This paper expounds on the basic requirements of office work in the new era,and puts forward that the office of food and strategic reserve system should deal with the relationships between"high"and"low","big"and"small","front"and"back",as well as"inside"and"outside"to improve the level of office services work.In order to promote the high-quality development of food and strategic reserve industry in Hunan Province,it is necessary to give full play to the five roles of"general hub","think tank","supervisor","housekeeper",and"vanguard".
