不同相移角度绕组对双三相永磁同步电机电磁性能的影响分析

Analysis on the influence of winding topology with different phase angle on electromagnetic performance of dual three-phase PMSMs

摘要 由于双三相永磁同步电机两套三相绕组之间可采用不同相移角度,以一台24槽22极双三相永磁同步电机为例,分析了相移角度对电机性能的影响规律.首先,基于各槽绕组磁动势间的相位关系,推导了在采用单层绕组和双层绕组时,两套三相绕组之间可行的空间相移角度,即0°、15°和30°,并对比分析了不同空间相移角度绕组产生的电枢磁动势频谱;然后,结合电枢磁动势谐波和电机电磁性能之间的关系,通过有限元仿真,验证了0°、15°和30°相移角度的绕组拓扑对不平衡磁拉力、反电势、平均转矩和转矩脉动等电磁性能的影响规律;最后,制作了2台单层和双层空间相移30°绕组的样机,并通过实验验证了理论和有限元仿真分析的正确性.结果表明:空间相移0°存在明显的不平衡磁拉力;空间相移30°电机平均转矩最大,转矩脉动最小. Due to that dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous machine(DT-PMSM)can adopt different phase-shift angle(PH-Angle)between the two sets of three-phase windings,taking a 24-slot 22-pole DT-PMSM as an example,the effect of PH-Angle on the performance of the motor is analyzed.First,based on the phase relationship between the magnetomotive force(MMF)of each slot winding group,the feasible spatial PH-Angles between the two sets of three-phase windings,namely 0°,15°and 30°,are derived when single layer(SL)and double layer(DL)windings are used,and the armature MMF spectrums generated by different spatial PH-Angle windings are compared and analyzed.Then,based on the relationship between the armature MMF harmonics and the electromagnetic properties of the motor,the effects of 0°,15°and 30°PH-Angle winding topology on the electromagnetic properties such as the unbalanced magnetic force(UMF),back electromotive force(EMF),average torque,and torque ripple of DT-PMSMs are verified by finite element analysis(FEA).Finally,two prototypes of SL and DL spatial PH-Angle 30°winding are built and tested to validate the effectiveness of the analyses.The results indicate that the 0°PH-Angle winding has the most significant UMF.The 30°PH-Angle winding has the maximum average torque and minimum torque ripple.
