摘要
红薯薄饼使用的原物料为红薯,辅助物料为玉米淀粉、白砂糖、食盐、小苏打和食用油。执行了生产线结构的整个设计、物料衡算和生产机器型号挑选,并且对整个工厂和生产车间进行了概括性的安排,最后对工厂设计进行了利益衡算。此次工厂设计的年工作天数为250 d,每日工作一班次8 h工作时间,轮班产出和年度分别为8 t和2000 t,年净利润为6935.21万元,项目投资回获期为1.6年。
The raw material used for sweet potato pancakes was sweet potato,and the auxiliary materials were corn starch,white sugar,salt,baking soda,and edible oil.This article carried out the entire design of the production line structure,material balance,and selection of production machine models,and made a general arrangement for the entire factory and production workshop.Finally,a profit balance was carried out for the factory design.The annual working days designed for this factory were 250 d,with a daily shift of 8 h.The shift output and annual output were 8 tons and 2000 tons,respectively.The annual net profit was 6935.21 million yuan,and the project investment recovery period was 1.6 years.
