在建筑工程领域,管理与施工质量控制是确保工程顺利进行和质量达标的重要保障。然而,传统管理模式存在效率低下、信息不畅、质量控制不够严密等问题。因此,提高建筑工程管理及施工质量控制的有效策略显得尤为重要。文章旨在探讨提高建筑工程管理及施工质量控制的有效策略,通过动态化、全过程化和精细化管理,提高管理效率和施工质量,包括形成完善管理依据、运用信息化技术、实时管控施工质量和加快工程推进等,实现工程进度的加速和质量的提升,推动建筑工程管理与施工质量控制水平的不断提高。
In the field of construction engineering,management and construction quality control are important guarantees to ensure the smooth progress and quality standards of the project.However,traditional management models have problems such as low efficiency,poor information flow,and insufficient quality control.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve effective strategies for building project management and construction quality control.The article aims to explore effective strategies for improving building project management and construction quality control.Through dynamic,full process,and refined management,management efficiency and construction quality can be improved,including forming a sound management basis,using information technology,real-time control of construction quality,and accelerating project progress,to accelerate project progress and quality improvement,and to promote the continuous improvement of the level of building project management and construction quality control.
