摘要
小型农田水利工程是农业生产的重要基础设施,其管理水平直接关系到农业生产的稳定和农民收入的提高。小型农田水利工程是我国农业基础设施的重要组成部分,对于保障农业生产、提高农民收入和促进农村经济发展具有重要意义。然而,当前小型农田水利工程管理中存在一些问题,如管理职权不明、产权不清、管理水平落后等。随着信息技术的快速发展,为小型农田水利工程管理提供了新的机遇。文中旨在分析小型农田水利工程管理中存在的问题,并提出了在信息技术背景下加强小型农田水利工程管理的对策。
Small scale agricultural water conservancy engineering is an important infrastructure for agricultural production,and its management level is directly related to the stability of agricultural production and the improvement of farmers'income.Small scale agricultural water conservancy engineering is an important component of Chinese agricultural infrastructure,which is of great significance for ensuring agricultural production,increasing farmers'income,and promoting rural economic development.However,there are some problems in the current management of small scale agricultural water conservancy engineering,such as unclear management authority,unclear property rights,and backward management level.With the rapid development of information technology,new opportunities are provided for the management of small scale agricultural water conservancy engineering.This article aims to analyze the problems in the management of small scale agricultural water conservancy engineering,and proposes countermeasures to strengthen the management of small scale agricultural water conservancy engineering in the context of information technology.
