摘要
目的探究老年高血压患者社区护理管理中家庭医生签约服务的运用效果。方法此次研究对象为抽取自绍兴第二医院医共体兰亭分院收治的72例老年高血压患者。采用随机数字表法将所有研究对象均分成两组,即参比组、试验组各36例,选取时间段为2022年4月-2023年4月。予以参比组常规社区护理管理,予以试验组家庭医生签约服务。对两组的血压情况、依从性、并发症发生情况进行对比。结果两组管理后收缩压、舒张压相较于管理前均更低,且试验组相较于参比组更低(P<0.05)。两组管理后依从性各项评分相较于管理前均更高,且试验组相较于参比组更高(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率相较于参比组更低(P<0.05)。结论在老年高血压患者社区护理管理中采取家庭医生签约服务的效果更好,利于患者血压改善、依从性提高,并可减少患者并发症发生几率,可在社区护理管理中大力推广。
Objective To explore the effect of family doctor contract service in community nursing management of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 72 elderly patients with hypertension were selected from the community health service center.All the study subjects were divided equally by random number table method,with 36 cases in each of the reference group and the experimental group,and the selection period was from April 2022 to April 2023.Routine community nursing management in the reference group was given,and contracted services were provided by family doctors in the experimental group.The blood pressure,compliance and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were lower in both groups than before management,and the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The scores of adherence after management in both groups were higher than those before management,and the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of family doctor contract service in the community nursing management of elderly patients with hypertension has a good effect,which is conducive to the improvement of blood pressure and compliance,and can reduce the probability of complications,and can be vigorously promoted in clinical practice.
