摘要
目的结合临床实践经验,探讨WBC、CRP和PCT联合检测对卵巢癌术后感染的早期预测价值。方法选取2022年5月-2023年10月长沙市中心医院收治的卵巢癌术后患者90例,其中发生术后感染34例,未发生感染56例,分别作为感染组和非感染组,比较两组患者WBC、CRP和PCT水平,比较WBC、CRP和PCT单一检测和联合检测对卵巢癌术后感染的预测价值。结果感染组卵巢组患者WBC、CRP和PCT水平均高于非感染组(t=10.767、9.847、6.837,P=0.000)。WBC、CRP和PCT联合诊断灵敏度、特异度均高于单一指标诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);WBC、CRP和PCT三种指标Cut-off值、灵敏度、特异度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论WBC、CRP和PCT联合检测对卵巢癌术后感染的早期预测价值较高,具有较好的诊断效能,值得进一步深入研究。
Objective Combined with clinical experience,to explore the early prediction value of WBC,CRP and PCT in postoperative infection of ovarian cancer.Methods A total of 90 postoperative patients with ovarian cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to October 2023 were selected,including 34 patients with postoperative infection and 56 patients without infection,as infected group and noninfected group,respectively.The levels of WBC,CRP and PCT in the two groups were compared.To compare the predictive value of WBC,CRP and PCT single detection and combined detection for postoperative infection of ovarian cancer.Results The levels of WBC,CRP and PCT in the infected group were higher than those in the non-infected group(t=10.767,9.847,6.837,P=0.000).The sensitivity and specificity of WBC,CRP and PCT combined diagnosis were higher than that of single index diagnosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Cut-off value,sensitivity and specificity of WBC,CRP and PCT(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of WBC,CRP and PCT has a good value in the early prediction of postoperative infection of ovarian cancer,and has a good diagnostic efficiency,which is worthy of further study.
