摘要
目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病患者接受优质护理服务的效果。方法选取120例妊娠期高血压疾病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理。对比两组患者的妊娠结局、血压水平及产后出血量。结果观察组不良妊娠结局总发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的18.33%(P<0.05)。护理前,两组舒张压、收缩压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组舒张压、收缩压水平分别为(82.27±1.56)mmHg、(132.56±1.58)mmHg,均低于对照组的(88.46±1.97)mmHg、(146.21±1.85)mmHg(P<0.05)。观察组分娩时、分娩即刻、分娩后2 h、分娩后24 h出血量均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将优质护理服务应用于妊娠期高血压疾病患者中,能降低不良妊娠结局发生率,有利于减少产后出血量,控制血压水平,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing service for patients with hypertensive disease during pregnancy.Methods 120 patients with hypertensive diseases in pregnancy were selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high-quality nursing.The pregnancy outcome,blood pressure levels and postpartum blood loss were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 18.33% in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the levels of diastolic and systolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the levels of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were(82.27±1.56)mmHg,(132.56±1.58)mmHg,respectively,which were lower than(88.46±1.97)mmHg and(146.21±1.85)mmHg in the control group(P<0.05).The blood losses during delivery,immediately after delivery,2 h after delivery and 24 h after delivery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<o.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing service in patients with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy can reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,reduce postpartum blood loss and control blood pressure level,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
