农村公路沥青混凝土路面原位冷循环再生维护技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文以某农村二级公路为例,对其路面结构、交通流量、破损状况及原有材料质量进行分析后,根据实测数据优化了再生基层骨料的级配,设计了合适的再生剂配合比及通过含灰量曲线试验确保了施工材料质量。研究过程中结合了先进的机械设备,严格控制了施工过程,并指出养护工作的重要性。研究结果证实,合理设计的冷再生技术能有效修复和加固路面,确保交通安全,同时为路面维护提供了一种成本效益较高的新方法。 This article takes a rural secondary highway as an example,and after analyzing its pavement structure,traffic volume,damage conditions,and the quality of original materials,the gradation of recycled base aggregates was optimized based on measured data.A suitable reclaiming agent mix ratio was designed,and the quality of construction materials was ensured through the use of ash content curve tests.During the research process,advanced mechanical equipment was integrated,the construction process was strictly controlled,and the importance of maintenance work was highlighted.The research results confirm that a properly designed cold regeneration technology can effectively repair and reinforce the pavement,ensuring traffic safety,while also providing a cost-effective new method for pavement maintenance.
