基于荷载试验检测的钢-混凝土组合梁桥承载力分析与评定

摘要 在长期荷载和环境的作用下,桥梁结构存在材料性能退化、结构失稳、承载能力降低的安全风险。以某钢-混凝土组合梁桥为例采用多种检测试验方法对桥梁的外观、材质、恒载变异状况、桥梁动力特性、静力特性进行检测,重点阐述了载荷试验过程中采用的相关方法及注意事项,测试获得的桥梁基频、主截面应力、应表和残余变形的测试结果真实反映出桥梁结构特性,为桥梁实际工作性能客观评价提供了有力支撑,为同类工程的实施提供了有益参考。 Under the action of long-term load and environment,bridge structures have safety risks such as material performance degradation,structural instability,and reduced load-bearing capacity.This paper takes a steel-concrete composite girder bridge as an example and uses a variety of detection and test methods to detect the appearance,material,dead load variation,dynamic characteristics,and static characteristics of the bridge.It focuses on the relevant methods used in the load test process and precautions.The test results of the bridge's fundamental frequency,main section stress,strain,and residual deformation truly reflect the structural characteristics of the bridge,provide strong support for the objective evaluation of the actual working performance of the bridge,and provide a useful reference for the implementation of similar projects.
