摘要
集中空调系统污染可导致室内空气污染和多种疾病发生和传播,清洗消毒是保障集中空调系统卫生安全运行的有效措施之一。目前集中空调系统清洗消毒市场面临清洗消毒队伍构成不配套,设备陈旧缺乏创新,清洗消毒和效果验收不规范,价格出现无底线竞争等挑战。共识提出集中空调清洗消毒队伍组建、设备配置、清洗消毒和效果验收要符合国家和相关行业部门标准和规范的要求,同时要加强多专业多部门合作,逐步建立集中空调清洗消毒价格保障机制,保证集中空调清洗消毒行业健康发展。
Pollution of centralized air conditioning system can lead to indoor air pollution and the occurrence and spread of a variety of diseases.Cleaning and disinfection is one of the effective measures to ensure the hygienic and safe operation of centralized air conditioning system.At present,the cleaning and disinfection market of centralized air conditioning system is facing challenges such as non-matching composition of cleaning and disinfection team,ob-solete equipment lack of innovation,non-standard cleaning and disinfection and effect acceptance,and bottomless competition in price.The consensus proposes that the establishment of centralized air conditioning cleaning and dis-infection team,equipment configuration,cleaning and disinfection and effect acceptance should meet the require-ments of national and relevant industry standards and specifications.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen multi-disciplinary and multi-department cooperation,and gradually establish a price guarantee mechanism for cen-tralized air conditioning cleaning and disinfection,and ensure the healthy development of the centralized air condi-tioning cleaning and disinfection industry.
