摘要
沸石分子筛是结晶铝硅酸金属盐的水合物,由于其独特的结构和优良的性能,在吸附分离、催化等领域取得了十分广泛的应用。在研究中,着重探讨了沸石分子筛对VOCs(挥发性有机化合物)分子的吸附分离性能,以乙酸丁酯及苯乙烯作为废气源,通过对比实验,研究4种不同沸石分子筛的吸附/脱附性、疏水性等,从中选择最适合的沸石分子筛,研究其在轨道交通产品涂装作业末端废气治理上的应用。试验结果表明,在不同种类废气的吸附、脱附过程中,以及动态水吸附容量大小研究中,不同沸石分子筛表现出的优势各不相同。总体而言,沸石分子筛A更适合用于试验中的废气处理要求。因此在选择废气处理装置中的沸石分子筛种类时,应根据涂料MSDS(化学品安全技术说明书)中列出的涂装废气的主要成分及含量,对应配置合适的沸石分子筛,确保其可以对VOCs分子进行有效地吸附。
Zeolite molecular sieves is hydrate of crystalline aluminum silicate metal salt.Due to its unique structure and excellent performance,it has been widely used in adsorption separation,catalysis and other fields.In this article,the adsorption and separation performance of zeolite molecular sieves for VOCs(volatile organic compounds)molecules was emphasized.With butyl acetate and styrene as waste gas sources,the adsorption/desorption performance,hydrophobicity,and other properties of four different zeolite molecular sieves were studied through comparative experiments.The most suitable zeolite molecular sieve was selected to study its application in the treatment of waste gas at the end of rail transit product coating operations.The experimental results indicated that different brands of zeolite molecular sieves exhibit different advantages in the adsorption and desorption processes of different types of exhaust gases,as well as in the study of dynamic water adsorption capacity.Overall,Brand A zeolite molecular sieve is more suitable for the waste gas treatment requirements in this experiment.Therefore,when selecting the type of zeolite molecular sieve in the waste gas treatment device,appropriate zeolite molecular sieve should be configured according to the main components and content of the coating waste gas listed in the MSDS to ensure effective adsorption of VOCs molecules.
