摘要
目的评价目标教学法配合情景模拟教学在肝病科临床带教中的应用效果。方法选取2020年8月至2021年2月九江市第三人民医院30名临床实习生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组15名。对照组采用传统教学,观察组采用目标教学法配合情景模拟教学,比较两组考核成绩、教学满意度与评判性思维能力测量表(CIDI-CV)评分。结果观察组理论知识、实践操作及病历分析评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学习效率、学习兴趣、问题分析解决能力、自学与实践能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学后,两组寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、评判思维自信心、求知欲、认真成熟度评分均高于教学前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学后,两组学习动机、自我管理能力、学习合作能力、信息素质评分均高于教学前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标教学法配合情景模拟教学应用于肝病科临床带教中,可有效增强教学效果及实习生综合能力、学习主动性、学习效率及兴趣,促使其更好地掌握肝病科的诊疗思维与操作能力,有效提升肝病科实习生的综合素质及操作技能。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of target teaching method combined with situational simulation teaching in clinical teaching of liver disease department.Methods 30 clinical interns in the Jiujiang Third People's Hospital from August 2020 to February 2021 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 15 cases in each group.The control group adopts the traditional teaching,and the observation group adopts the target teaching method com-bined with situational simulation teaching,the assessment results,the teaching satisfaction and the critical thinking disposition inventory‐chinese ver-sion(CIDI-CV)scores were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,practical operation and medical re-cord analysis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of learning efficiency,learning interest,problem analysis and solving ability,self-study and practice ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of truth seeking,open mind,analytical ability,systematic ability,judging thinking confidence,curiosity,and earnest maturity score of the two groups were higher than those before teaching,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of learning motivation,self-management ability,learning cooperation ability and information quality of the two groups were higher than those before teaching,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of target teaching method combined with situational simulation teaching in clinical teaching of liver disease de-partment can effectively improve
