摘要
目的:观察克林霉素磷酸酯阴道凝胶联合碘伏消毒液治疗细菌性阴道炎(BV)的临床疗效及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年6月福建省闽侯县青口镇卫生院收治的BV患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用口服甲硝唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予克林霉素磷酸酯阴道凝胶联合碘伏消毒液治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生率以及睡眠质量。结果:观察组患者有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗3、7 d匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:克林霉素磷酸酯阴道凝胶联合碘伏消毒液治疗可有效提高BV患者的临床疗效,显著改善其睡眠质量,具有一定的应用价值。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of clindamycin gel and povidone-iodine solution in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis(BV)and their impact on patients′sleep quality.Methods:A total of 120 BV patients admitted to Qingkou Town Health Center in Minhou County,Fujian Province from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 60 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group was treated with metronidazole orally,and the treatment group was treated with clindamycin phosphate vaginal gel combined with iodophor disinfectant on the basis of the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,and sleep quality between two groups of patients.Results:Patients in the observation group had a higher effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse effects between the two groups(P>0.05).The Pitsburg Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)scores at treatment 3 d and 7 d was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of clindamycin gel and iodophor disinfectant can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of BV patients,significantly improve their sleep quality,and have certain application value.
