摘要
针对丘陵地区土质湿滑,坡度大且障碍物多等情况,现有光伏板清洁作业车在该地区行驶困难。本文以清洁作业车底盘为研究对象,通过仿真计算发现:清洁作业车以低速挡进行纵向上、下坡的稳定性最好,同时探究机体质心位置对越障性能影响,结果表明清洁作业车在满足整车结构的要求下,质心位置越靠前及离地面越近时的俯仰角、垂向速度及垂向加速度的波动相对较小,有利于履带式车辆攀越垂直壁。
In view of the slippery soil,large slope and many obstacles in the hilly area,the existing photovoltaic panel cleaning vehicle is difficult to drive in this area.This paper takes the chassis of the cleaning operation vehicle as the research object,and finds through simulation calculation that:At the same time,the influence of body centroid position on obstacle crossing performance was explored.The results showed that the pitch Angle,vertical speed and vertical acceleration of the cleaning vehicle were relatively small when the centroid position was closer to the front and closer to the ground,which was conducive to the tracked vehicle climbing the vertical wall under the requirements of the vehicle structure.
