5G+救护车在院前急救救援中临床应用

摘要 目的探讨5G+救护车在院前急救救援的临床应用效果。方法选取自2021年9月至2023年5月使用5G+救护车转运至深圳大学总医院急诊科的100例危重患者为5G组,同时期使用普通救护车进行转运的100例危重患者作为普通组。比较两组患者院前诊断正确率、院内响应时间、救治开始时间、急救用时、治疗成功率和患者存活率。结果5G组的院内响应时间、救治开始时间均短于普通组,院前诊断正确率高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的治疗成功率、患者存活率和急救用时比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论5G+救护车在院前急救救援的临床应用能有效提高院前诊断正确率,缩短院内响应时间、救治开始时间。 Objective To explore the clinical application effectiveness of 5G+ambulances in pre-hospital emergency rescue.Methods A prospective study was conducted to analyze the clinical data of 200 critically ill patients transported by ambulances to the Emergency Department of Shenzhen University General Hospital from September 2021 to May 2023.Among them,100 patients transported by 5G+ambulances were enrolled in the observation group,and 100 patients transported by regular ambulances were enrolled in the control group.The study compared the accuracy of pre-hospital diagnosis,in-hospital response time,time to start treatment,duration of emergency treatment,treatment success rate,and patient survival rate between the two groups.Results The in-hospital response time and the start time of treatment in 5G group were shorter than those in the general group,and the accuracy of pre-hospital diagnosis was higher than that in the general group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in treatment success rate,survival rate and first aid time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of 5G+ambulances in pre-hospital emergency rescue effectively improves the accuracy of pre-hospital diagnosis and reduces in-hospital response time and time to start treatment.
