摘要 荧光原位杂交(FISH)技术是血液肿瘤诊疗的必要检测手段。该应用规范参考国内外权威资料,结合临床诊疗实践,基于不同临床用途总结了不同亚型血液肿瘤必要和推荐的检测指标,并阐述了FISH检测前、中、后各个环节的检测要点及质量控制要求,旨在实现血液肿瘤FISH检测临床应用的规范化和标准化,从而进一步提高诊疗水平。 Fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)is an important testing tool for the diagnosis and treatment of hematologic neoplasms.With reference to the authoritative data at home and abroad,and combined with the clinical diagnosis and treatment practice,this application standard summarized the essential and recommended FISH tests tailored to various hematologic neoplasms based on distinct clinical setting,and emphasized the key detection points and quality control requirements throughout the pre-analysis,analysis and post-analysis phases of FISH detection.The aim is to standardize the clinical application of FISH detection in hematologic neoplasms,so as to further improve the precision diagnosis and treatment.
