变截面连续钢箱梁制作与吊装关键技术研究

摘要 为了克服传统钢箱梁在应用中展现出一定的局限性,尤其是在大跨度、变截面连续钢箱梁的制作与吊装过程中存在明显的技术难题和效率瓶颈。本文针对现有施工技术在精度控制、时间效率以及环境适应性方面的不足,提出了一套创新的变截面连续钢箱梁制作与吊装技术方案。首先,通过分析钢箱梁加工制作的关键环节,优化了材料预处理、单元件制作和匹配式拼装流程,确保制作过程的高精度和高效率。然后,针对现场吊装难点,设计了专门的临时支架和吊装序列,以减少吊装过程中的位移和变形,提高了吊装安全性和准确性。最后,通过对某高速公路工程实际案例的应用验证,探讨了该技术方案在实际工程中的适用性和效果。研究结论表明,本研究提出的制作与吊装技术方案不仅有效提升了变截面连续钢箱梁的施工精度和效率,而且具有良好的经济性和环境适应性,为类似桥梁工程提供了重要的参考价值。 With the increasing demands for structural performance and construction efficiency in bridge engineering,traditional steel box girders reveal certain limitations,especially in the fabrication and erection of large-span,variable cross-section continuous steel box girders,where significant technical challenges and efficiency bottlenecks are evident.Addressing the deficiencies in precision control,time efficiency,and environmental adaptability of existing construction technologies,this paper proposes an innovative set of fabrication and erection techniques for variable cross-section continuous steel box girders.Initially,by analyzing key stages in the fabrication process of steel box girders,the study optimizes material pre-treatment,unit component manufacturing,and match-assembly processes to ensure high precision and efficiency.Subsequently,specific temporary supports and erection sequences are designed to mitigate displacement and deformation during the erection process,enhancing the safety and accuracy of the erection.Finally,the practical applicability and effectiveness of this technological scheme are validated through its application in the Nanning Wuxu Airport Second Highway Project case study.Research conclusions indicate that the proposed fabrication and erection techniques not only significantly improve the construction precision and efficiency of variable cross-section continuous steel box girders but also demonstrate good economic and environmental adaptability,offering significant reference value for similar bridge projects.
