Ce/HZSM-5和生物质原位改造油页岩:提高页岩油的收率和品质

摘要 为进一步提高油页岩的转化效率,缓解我国的原油对外依存度,将藻类水热液化与油页岩原位转化过程耦合,以Ce/HZSM-5为催化剂,利用藻类水热液化产物提升干酪根有机质的转化效率和页岩油的品质,借助SEM、TG、GC-MS和元素分析等对反应前后产物分析表征。实验结果表明,在催化剂和小球藻的共同参与下,水热裂解转化的页岩油产率为6.15%,页岩油品质也有了很大提升。与单纯油页岩水热裂解相比,提质后的页岩油轻组分提高了18.58%和4.04%,重组分含量降低了22.62%。 In this paper,the microalgae hydrothermal liquefaction was cooperated with oil shale hydrocracking to further improve the transformation efficiency of oil shale and alleviate the external dependence of crude oil in our country.Ce/HZSM-5 as the catalyst was used to enhance both the upgrading and conversion efficiency of synthetic oil from kerogen organic matter and algae.The SEM,TG,GC-MS and elemental analysis were used to characterize the products before and after the reaction.The experimental results show that the conversion rate of low-maturity oil shale increased to 6.15%,and the quality of upgraded synthetic oil improved greatly.Compared with shale oil from hydrothermal cracking,the light components of upgraded synthetic oil increased by 18.58% and 4.04%,and the heavy component content decreased by 22.62%.
