双链乳糖酰胺季铵盐的复配性能研究

摘要 通过紫外透光率研究乳糖酰胺季铵盐表面活性剂(C_(n)DDLPB)与十二烷基硫酸钠(K12)的复配稳定性,发现C_(10)DDLPB与K12的复配稳定性最好。并对C_(10)DDLPB和K12不同质量比复配后的表面活性、润湿、乳化、泡沫性能进行了详细研究。结果显示:当C_(10)DDLPB与K12复配比为1:2、1:1和2:1时,复配后的γ_(cmc)和cmc均低于单组分体系,表面活性有所提高;其中复配比为2:1时,复配体系的表面张力最低为26.40 mN/m,此时润湿性也最好,帆布片仅需73 s可完全沉降;当复配比为1:5时,体系具有很好的起泡性和稳泡性,当复配比为2:1、5:1时,几乎无泡,属于典型的低泡型产品。 The compound stability of lactosamide quaternary ammonium salts surfactant(C_(n)DDLPB)and sodium dodecyl sulfate(K12)was studied by ultraviolet transmittance.It was found that C_(10)DDLPB and K12 had the best compound stability.The surface activity,wetting,emulsifying and foam properties of C_(10)DDLPB and K12 with different mass ratios were studied in detail.The results show that when the composite ratio of C_(10)DDLPB and K12 is 1:2,1:1 and 2:1,the γ_(cmc) and cmc are lower than single component systems,and the surface activity has been improved;When the composite ratio is 2:1,the minimum surface tension is 26.40 mN/m,and the wettability is also the best,the canvas sheet can fully settle in only 73 s;When the composite ratio is 1:5,the system has good foaming and stability;When the composite ratio is 2:1 and 5:1,there is almost no foam,and it belongs to low foam product.
