摘要
农村电商发展促进农村经济发展,成为农民收入增长的推动力。农村电商发展为农村提高了信息的有效供给,提供了更多就业创业的机会,转变了农产品的交易方式,促进了农业深层次变革。本文分析农村电商发展现状,可见农村电商促进了农产品销售规模的提升,既促进了乡村旅游交易规模的增长,也促进了农业产业链的延长,支持农民增收的成效显著。但农村电商发展在农业品牌建设、农村场景打造、农民网商培育等方面存在诸多挑战,据此本文提出农村电商赋能农民增收的路径:加强特色农产品品牌建设,发展“电商+特色农产品”模式;加强乡村场景打造,发展“电商+乡村旅游”模式;加强农民网商培育,发展“电商+能人带动”模式。
The development of rural e-commerce has promoted growth in the rural economy,serving as a driving force for increasing farmers'income.The development of rural e-commerce has enhanced the availability of information for rural areas,created more opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship,revolutionized the trading of agricultural products,and promoted in-depth reforms in the agriculture sector.The analysis of the development status of rural e-commerce in this paper reveals that rural e-commerce has significantly contributed to scaling up the sales of agricultural products;it has not only facilitated the expansion of rural tourism transaction volumes but also extended the agricultural industry chain,achieving remarkable results in supporting farmers to increase their income.However,the development of rural e-commerce faces challenges in building agricultural brands,creating rural scenes,and cultivating farmers into e-commerce merchants.Therefore,this paper proposes the paths of rural e-commerce empowering farmers to increase their income:enhancing the branding of characteristic agricultural products and developing the"e-commerce+characteristic agricultural products"mode;strengthening the creation of rural scenes and developing the"e-commerce+rural tourism"mode;fostering the cultivation of farmers into e-commerce merchants and developing the"e-commerce+talent driving"mode.
