摘要
铆钉/螺栓连接是飞机结构中最常用的机械连接方式,其结构的破坏往往也发生在紧固件及附近结构,其中以剪切失效最为常见。本文采用三维模型非线性有限元分析得到紧固件的非线性刚度,将其引入到实际结构分析所采用的壳单元结合fastener单元的模型中,计算所得的钉载与三维细节模型一致。此外,将三维模型的建模、计算和钉刚度提取过程进行了参数化的自动编程处理,解决了工程计算中大批量紧固件刚度计算的效率问题。最后,将整套数值分析法应用到实际飞机结构破坏试验的数值仿真中,对复杂的渐进损伤过程进行了研究,数值计算与试验结果基本吻合,表明该方法对复杂飞机结构破坏机理的分析具有重要的工程参考价值。
Riveting and bolting are the most common mechanical connections in an aircraft structure.The structure failure usually initiates around a connection and shear is the most common failure mode.Using nonlinear FEA of a 3D detailed riveted plate Abaqus model,the calculated non-linear rivet stiffness was then incorporated in a fine shell model,which is to be used in real structure analyses,with rivets modeled using Abaqus fastener elements.Results indicated that the calculated rivet forces were equivalent to those from the 3D detailed model.A program for paramterized 3D modeling,analysis and stiffness extraction was developed for the efficiency requirement in engineering analyses of large deal of connections.Finally,the proposed method was utilized in a numerical simulation of a destroy test of an actual aircraft structure.The calculation results show satisfactory match with test results,indicating the important engineering investigation value of the proposed method for numerical study of the failure mechanism of complex aircraft structures.
