低温胁迫对香花蝴蝶兰叶片形态和生理特性的影响

Morphological and Physiological Effects of Low Temperature Stress on Different Phalaenopsis Leaves

摘要 以‘黄金甲’‘紫水晶’‘富乐夕阳’‘玉玲珑’‘粉嘟嘟’和‘粉水晶’ 6个香花蝴蝶兰盛花期品种为试材,采用形态特征和生理指标检测的方法,研究了低温对蝴蝶兰生长发育的影响,以期为蝴蝶兰培育提供参考依据。结果表明:随着温度逐渐降低,叶片出现萎蔫、裂缝和冻斑,花蕾停止生长、花序逐渐凋零;膜透性逐渐降低,渗透调节物质逐渐升高,相对含水量和叶绿素含量均逐渐降低。并且低温胁迫对不同品种的蝴蝶兰会有不同的影响。综上可知,不同蝴蝶兰品种对低温的适应能力不同,表现为‘黄金甲’>‘富乐夕阳’>‘粉嘟嘟’>‘粉水晶’>‘玉玲珑’>‘紫水晶’。 The effects of low temperature on the growth and development of six Phalaenopsis varieties in full bloom,namely‘Golden Armour’‘Amethyst’‘Fule Sunset’‘Jade Linglong’‘Pink Dodo’and‘Pink Crystal’as the test materials,were investigated by using the methods of morphological characteristics and physiological indexes detection,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of Phalaenopsis.The results showed that with the gradual decrease of temperature,wilting,cracking and freezing spots appeared on leaves,flower buds stopped growing and inflorescences gradually withered;membrane permeability gradually decreased,osmoregulatory substances gradually increased,and both relative water content and chlorophyll content gradually decreased.Moreover,low temperature stress had different effects on different species of Phalaenopsis.These results indicated that different Phalaenopsis varieties had different adaptability to low temperature,‘Golden Armour’>‘Fuller′s Sunset’>‘Pink Dodo’>‘Pink Crystal’>‘Jade Linglong’>‘Amethyst’.
