摘要
目的采用CiteSpace分析方法探讨我国智慧医疗、智慧医院建设的研究现状、研究热点及趋势,为完善智慧医疗体系提供方法和思路。方法以CNKI数据库为数据源,收集国内1991年1月至2023年12月发表的有关智慧医疗及智慧医院的研究,运用CiteSpace 6.1.R4软件对总体发文量、机构和作者发文情况、关键词共现进行分析。结果纳入文献6801篇,智慧医疗及智慧医院相关的发文量呈稳步上升趋势,2018年后发文量迅速增加,但在2022年有一个短暂的下降,到2023年达到1481篇。发文量最多的是华中科技大学,有8名作者发文量超过5篇,关注度最高的是智慧医疗、智慧医院、智慧城市、互联网、智慧养老等。通过高频主题词的聚类分析得出7个聚类:智慧医疗、智慧城市、公立医院、医联体、智慧养老、智慧医院以及病历信息。结论完善智慧医疗、建设智慧医院应从公立医院开始,可通过整体规划、完善信息建设及高校与医院相结合共同发展等措施来促进我国智慧医院领域的发展。
Objective To analyze the status quo,hotspots,and trends of research on smart healthcare and smart hospitals in China using the CiteSpace software,in an attempt to provide insights for refining the existing smart medical system.Methods The Chinese-language literature on smart healthcare and smart hospitals in China between January 1991 and December 2023 was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).The volume,authors,and keyword co-occurrence were analyzed using the CiteSpace 6.1.R4 software.Results Totally 6,801 articles were identified.The volume of articles on smart healthcare and smart hospitals has been increasing since 2018,peaking in 2023 with 1,481 publications,after a slight decrease in 2022.Huazhong University of Science and Technology stood out as the leading institutional contributor,and eight authors have published more than five articles on this topic.The most prominent research foci were smart healthcare,smart hospitals,smart cities,Internet+,and smart eldercare,among others.A keyword co-occurrence analysis using cluster analysis yielded seven distinct clusters,including smart healthcare,smart city,public hospital,medical treatment partnerships,smart eldercare,smart hospital,and medical record information.Conclusion The advancement of smart healthcare and the establishment of smart hospitals should prioritize public hospitals as a starting point.To promote the development of smart hospitals in China,strategies such as comprehensive planning,enhancement of information infrastructure,and collaboration between universities and healthcare facilities are required.
