摘要
目的探究冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心脏支架患者予以综合护理干预的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2021年1月—2023年1月单县中心医院接诊的150例冠心病心脏支架患者的临床资料,依据护理方式分为两组,每组75例,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用综合护理干预,分析比较两组生活质量、遵医行为、情绪评分、满意度。结果研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组遵医行为评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组汉密尔顿抑郁量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组护理服务满意度(97.33%)高于对照组(86.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.797,P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预冠心病心脏支架患者应用能提高患者遵医行为意识,提高患者日常生活质量,值得临床借鉴研究。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart dis⁃ease(CHD)undergoing cardiac stenting.Methods From January 2021 to January 2023,the data of clinical of o150 pa⁃tients with CHD and cardiac stenting received in Shanxian Central Hospital were selected retrospectively.They were divided into two groups by nursing methods,with 75 patients in each group,routine nursing in the control group and comprehensive nursing intervention in the study group.The quality of life,compliance behavior,emotional score and satisfaction between the two groups were analyzed.Results The quality of life of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance behavior of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Hamilton Depression Scale and Hamilton Anxiety Scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differ⁃ences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Nursing service satisfaction of the study group(97.33%)was higher than that of the control group(86.67%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.797,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in CHD and cardiac stenting patients is significant,can im⁃prove compliance behavior,daily life quality,reduce the risk of adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
