摘要
目的 分析对于关节侧部分肩袖损伤患者分别采用关节镜下转全层修复和部分修复的效果。方法 随机选取莆田九十五医院骨科于2019年1月—2021年12月收治的50例关节侧部分肩袖损伤患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组(关节镜下直接修复)和观察组(关节镜下转全层撕裂后修复),各25例。对比两组Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分(Constant-Murley Shoulder Function Score, CSS)、洛杉矶加利福尼亚大学评分(University of California Los Angeles Rating, UCLA)、临床效果。结果 观察组术后3、6个月的CSS评分为(57.09±6.11)、(79.32±5.23)分,高于对照组的(52.30±5.86)、(74.38±6.67)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.829、2.914,P均<0.05)。观察组术后3、6个月的UCLA评分为(25.13±3.34)、(29.38±1.57)分,高于对照组的(22.84±3.04)、(27.94±1.64)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.535、3.171,P均<0.05)。两组临床治疗总有效率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 对于关节侧部分肩袖损伤患者,分别采用关节镜下直接修复和关节镜下转全层撕裂后修复均可获得较为理想的效果,但关节镜下全层撕裂后修复术更有利于肩关节功能修复。
Objective To analyze the effect of full layer arthroscopic repair and partial repair in patients with partial rotator cuff injury of joint side.Methods A total of 50 patients with partial rotator cuff injury on the joint side diag-nosed and treated in the Department of Orthopedics,Putian 95 Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into con-trol group(direct repair under arthroscopy)and observation group(repair after full-thickness tear under arthroscopy),with 25 cases in each group.Constant-Murley Shoulder Function Score(CSS),University of California Los Angeles Rating(UCLA)and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results The CSS scores of the observation group at 3 and 6 months after operation were(57.09±6.11)points and(79.32±5.23)points,which were higher than those of the control group(52.30±5.86)points and(74.38±6.67)points,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(t=2.829,2.914,both P<0.05).The UCLA scores of the observation group were(25.13±3.34)points and(29.38±1.57)points at 3 and 6 months after operation,which were higher than those of the control group(22.84±3.04)points and(27.94±1.64)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.535,3.171,both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of clinical treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For the patients with partial rotator cuff injury on the side of the joint,direct arthroscopic repair and full layer arthroscopic repair can obtain better results,but full layer arthroscopic repair is more beneficial to the functional repair of shoulder joint.
