摘要
目的 了解检验科医务人员激惹情绪现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法选取检验科124名医务人员,收集相关资料,利用激惹、抑郁与焦虑自评量表(IDA)评定激惹情绪,并根据评分结果分成激惹组、非激惹组。比较两组受试者一般资料及职业倦怠情况,采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析受试者激惹情绪发生的独立影响因素。结果 124名受试者中,激惹情绪发生率为37.10%(46/124),其中内向型激惹16.94%(21/124),外向型激惹20.16%(25/124)。激惹组受试者年龄小于非激惹组,中-高级职称、工作年限>5 a占比低于非激惹组,日工作时间超出8 h、担心医源性感染、职业倦怠占比高于非激惹组(P<0.01)。多因素Logistic回归分析提示,年龄、职称、工作年限、担心医源性感染、职业倦怠是受试者激惹情绪发生的独立影响因素(P<0.01)。结论 检验科医务人员激惹情绪发生率较高,其中内向型激惹与外向型激惹占比接近,激惹情绪的发生主要与年龄、职称、工作年限、担心医源性感染、职业倦怠有关。
Objective To survey the current situation of irritable mood among medical staff of laboratory department and analyze its inf luencing factors.Methods A total of 124 medical staff of laboratory department were selected according to convenience sampling method,relevant data collected,irritable mood was assessed using the Irritability,Depression and Anxiety Scale(IDA),and they were divided into irritability and non-irritability group according to score results.The general data and job burnout were compared between the two groups and the independent factor inf luencing the occur rence of irritable emotions analyzed adopting multivariate Logistic regression model.Results In 124 subjects,the incidence of i r r itabi l ity was 37.10%(46/124),int rover ted i r r itabi l ity 16.94%(21/124),and extroverted irritability 20.16%(25/124).The subjects'age was lower in irritability than non-irritability group,so was the proportion of subjects with medium-senior titles and working years>5,and working time exceeding 8 hours per day,worrying about iatrogenic infection and job burnout higher(P<0.01).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that ages,job titles,working years,worrying about iatrogenic infection and job burnout were independent influencing factors of the occurrence of irritable emotions(P<0.01).Conclusion The incidence of ir ritable mood among medical staff of laboratory department is higher,the proportion of introverted irritability is close to that of extroverted irritability,and the occurrence of irritable mood is mainly related to ages,job titles,working years,worrying about iatrogenic infection,and job burnout.
