摘要
目的分析糖尿病周围神经病变患者采用耳穴压豆与温针灸联合治疗的应用效果。方法选取2021年8月至2023年8月赣南医学院附属兴国医院内分泌科收治的70例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,按照双色球法分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35)。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用耳穴压豆联合温针灸治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率,比较两组治疗前后的正中神经与腓总神经感觉传导速度(SCV)及运动传导速度(MCV)变化,分析治疗前后两组血糖指标[糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、空腹血糖(FBG)],比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分及生命质量[糖尿病特异性生命质量量表(A-DQOL)]评分。结果观察组的总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的82.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的FBG、HbA1C水平及中医证候积分、A-DQOL评分均低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的FBG、HbA1C水平及中医证候积分、A-DQOL评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后正中神经与腓总神经的SCV、MCV均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后正中神经与腓总神经的SCV、MCV均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆联合温针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者的应用效果显著,对患者临床症状有一定改善作用,可纠正血糖代谢,加快周围神经传导速度,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the application effect of auricular acupoint pressing beans combined with warming acupuncture on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 70 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to the Department of Endocrinology,Xingguo Hospital Affiliated to Gannan Medical College from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the two-color ball method,they were divided into the control group(n=35)and the observation group(n=35).The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with auricular acupoint pressing beans combined with warming acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of the two groups was compared,and the changes of sensory conduction velocity(SCV)and motor conduction velocity(MCV)of median nerve and common peroneal nerve before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The blood glucose indexes(glycosylated hemoglobin[HbA1C],fasting blood glucose[FBG])of the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and quality of life(adjusted diabetes-specific quality of life scale[A-DQOL])scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than 82.85%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of FBG,HbA1C,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and A-DQOL scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).And the levels of FBG,HbA1C,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and A-DQOL scores in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SCV and MCV of median nerve and common peroneal nerve in the two groups after treatment were higher than those befor
