摘要
目的:研究中原医家对针灸学的贡献。方法:通过查阅文献,论述中原医家在针灸理论、经络腧穴、刺血法、艾灸法等方面做出的贡献。结果:以《黄帝内经》《针灸甲乙经》等为代表的经典著作奠定了中原针灸的理论和临床基础,中原医家在不同方面推动着针灸学发展。中原地区优越的地理环境和深厚的文化积淀,影响着针灸技术的形成与创新,其中经络、腧穴、气血理论可有效指导临床实践,针刺、艾灸、刺血等针灸技术临床疗效显著。结论:以实用、系统为特色的中原针灸,对针灸学的发展做出了巨大贡献,我们需要传承其学术思想,从而促进针灸医学的发展。
Objective:To study the contribution of the academic thought of doctors in the Central Plains to acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods:By referring to the literature,the contributions of doctors from the Central Plains in acupuncture and moxibustion theory,meridians and acupoints,blood-letting therapy and moxibustion therapy were discussed.Results:Huangdi Neijing and Zhenjiu Jiayi Jing have laid the theoretical and clinical foundation of acupuncture and moxibustion in the Central Plains.Doctors in the Central Plains have also promoted the development of acupuncture and moxibustion in different aspects.The superior geographical environment and profound cultural accumulation in the Central Plains have influenced the formation and innovation of acupuncture and moxibustion technology.Among them,the theory of meridians,acupoints,Qi and blood can effectively guide clinical practice,and acupuncture techniques such as needling therapy,moxibustion and blood-letting therapy have significant clinical effects.Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion from the Central Plains,characterized by practicality and systematization,has made great contributions to the development of acupuncture and moxibustion.It is proposed to inherit its academic thought to promote the development of acupuncture and moxibustion in TCM.
