摘要
目的:分析家庭医生签约服务模式应用于慢性病管理中的效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年5月海淀区苏家坨镇社区卫生服务中心收治的慢性病患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规社区康复护理,观察组给予家庭医生签约服务模式。比较两组护理效果。结果:干预3个月后,两组健康知识掌握评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3个月后,两组生活质量评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3个月后,两组危险因素存在率低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家庭医生签约服务模式应用于慢性病管理中的效果显著,能够有效提高健康知识掌握程度,提高生活质量,减少危险因素。
Objective:To analyze the effect of family doctor contract service model in chronic disease management.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic disease admitted to Sujiatuo Town Community Health Service Center in Haidian District from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine community rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group received family doctor contract service model.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of intervention,the health knowledge mastery score in the two groups was higher than that before intervention,the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the quality of life score in the two groups was higher than that before intervention,the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the presence rate of risk factors in the two groups was lower than that before intervention,the rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the family doctor contract service model in chronic disease management has a significant effect,and can effectively increase the mastery of health knowledge,improve the quality of life,and reduce risk factors.
