摘要
探究科普期刊知识服务发展的方向和策略,以助力“双减”全面落地和科学教育高质量发展。文章采用文献研究、案例分析等研究方法,对国家新闻出版署2023年公布的20种“优秀科普期刊”知识服务的实践进行分析,发现科普期刊开展的形式多样的知识服务实践,能够契合“双减”需求,为其落地提供有效支撑,但同时也存在参与“双减”服务的社会生态环境有待优化、知识服务能力有待提升等不足。从外部激励和内部自强两个方面提出应对策略:通过优化顶层设计、统筹资源配置,激励科普期刊服务“双减”工作;科普期刊应精准定位、强化创新、对接需求,提升知识服务产品生产能力,推进知识服务平台建设。
The paper explores the direction and strategies for the development of knowledge services of science popularization journals so as to support the comprehensive implementation of the"Double Reduction"policy and enhance the quality of science education.Utilizing the research methods such as the literature research and the case research,the paper analyzes the practices of knowledge services in the 20"Excellent Science Popularization Journals"published by the National Press and Publication Administration in 2023.It is found that the diverse forms of knowledge services offered by science popularization journals can meet the needs of the"Double Reduction"policy and provide effective support for the implementation.However,there are also some shortcomings such as the social and ecological environments needing optimization and the knowledge service capabilities requiring enhancement.Strategies are proposed from two aspects:external motivation and internal strengthening.By optimizing the top-level design and coordinating resource allocation,incentives can be created for science popularization journals to serve the"Double Reduction"efforts.Science popularization journals should accurately position themselves,strengthen innovation,align with the needs,enhance the production capacity of knowledge service products,and promote the construction of knowledge service platforms.
