摘要
为提升“过程流体机械”实验教学的高阶性、创新性、挑战度,设计开发了双螺杆压缩机工作性能测试实验平台。该平台可实现工作性能测试、示功(p-V)图绘制等常规实验,并支持开展变工况调节特性分析以及啮合副型面优化设计验证等研究性实验。平台硬件部分根据啮合副型面特征设计了传感器布置方案;软件部分基于LabVIEW软件完成在变载工况下绘制p-V图、计算指示功率及分析效率等数据处理功能。该平台应用于实验教学可为培养学生的工程实践创新能力提供保障。
[Objective]Experimental teaching plays an important role in the process fluid machinery course.It not only serves as an extension and application of theoretical knowledge but also stands as a pivotal avenue for fostering comprehensive student development.To improve the sophistication,innovation,and challenge within experimental teaching,an experimental platform has been designed and developed.This experimental platform conducts performance tests on twin screw compressors,facilitating routine experiments,such as working performance tests and p–V diagram drawing,and advanced research experiments,such as how adjustments in working conditions affect performance characteristics and verifying the efficacy of optimized designs for meshing pair profiles.[Methods]The experimental platform comprises gas and oil systems,a measurement and control system,and a regulating device.The gas oil systems are crucial in ensuring the stable operation of the platform.The experimental platform encompasses hardware implementation and software design crafted to meet the open exploratory requirements.For hardware,a twin screw compressor with a slide valve regulator is selected.The unloading valves are set up in the compressor pipeline to allow for various gas volume adjustments to complete the gas volume adjustments,ranging from 10%to 100%load.In addition,a removable torque sensor is installed between the motor and the compressor,empowering students to replace the meshing pair with an innovative design profile to carry out comparative performance experiments.Considering the profile characteristics of the meshing pair and the motion trajectory of the spiral groove,a strategic layout scheme has been devised for sensor placement.This setup aims to test the thermal performance parameters within the working chamber of the twin screw compressor.The selection of a data acquisition card,as well as pressure and temperature sensors,ensures the accuracy and reliability of the experimental data.On the software front,the platform utilizes virtual ins
