摘要
该研究旨在对新疆褐牛(肉用类型)进行生长发育规律分析,通过测定伊犁地区某牛场新疆褐牛6、 12、18、 24月龄体重、体高、体斜长、胸围和管围并进行生长发育曲线分析、体尺指数分和相关性分析。结果表明:随着月龄的增加,新疆褐牛(肉用类型)体高、体斜长、胸围、管围、体重指标也逐渐增加,且6~12月龄增长最快,体高、体斜长、胸围、管围增长分别达到了15.08、 20.50、 25.86、 2.08 cm,体重增长达到了121.76 kg。Logistic模型拟合分析结果表明在12月龄时4个体尺指标的相对增长达到了最高。体长指数、体躯指数、胸围指数和管围指数均随着月龄的逐渐增加而增加,4个体尺指数均在24月龄达到了最大。体重与体斜长呈极显著正相关(P<0.01, r=0.997),与管围呈显著正相关(P<0.05, r=0.987);体高与体斜长呈极显著正相关(P<0.01, r=1.00),与胸围极显著正相关(P<0.01, r=0.995)。可见,在新疆褐牛(肉用类型)选育工作中,应将12月龄体斜长和胸围作为重点考虑的体尺性状。
This study aims to analyze the growth and development patterns of Xinjiang brown cattle(meat type).The body weight,body height,body length,chest circumference and cannon circumference of Xinjiang brown cattle at 6,12,18 and 24 months of age in a cattle farm in Ili area were measured,and the growth and development curve analysis,body size index score and correlation analysis were carried out. The results showed that as the age increased, the body height, body length, chest circumference, tube circumference, and weight index of Xinjiang brown cattle (meat type) also gradually increased, and the fastest growth occurred at 6-12 months of age. The body height, body length, chest circumference, and tube circumference increased by 15.08, 20.5, 25.86, and 2.08 cm, respectively, and the weight gain reached 121.76 kg. The logistic model fitting analysis results indicate that the relative growth of the four individual size indicators reached its highest at 12 months of age. The body length index, body trunk index, chest circumference index, and tube circumference index all increase with age, and the four individual foot indices reach their maximum at 24 months of age. There is a significant positive correlation between body weight and body length (P<0.01, r=0.997), and a significant positive correlation with tube circumference (P<0.05, r=0.987);There is a highly significant positive correlation between body height and body slope length (P<0.01, r=1.00), and a highly significant positive correlation with chest circumference (P<0.01, r=0.995). It can be seen that in the breeding of Xinjiang brown cattle (meat type), 12 month old body length and chest circumference should be considered as key body size traits.
