统筹电力系统各方效益提升的电力现货市场出清建模研究

摘要 可再生能源参与电力现货市场清算需要考虑需求方的反应和储能之间的协调。为了保证多主体间市场效益的提高,需要对电力现货市场的传统出清策略进行优化研究。考虑到各方利益,将电网不同峰谷差异的调整需求纳入投标过程,并提出一种考虑来源、电网、负载和存储收入分配的现货交易系统。为了保证系统低碳运行,考虑了能源供应侧的碳排放交易,建立了基于能源供应侧、储能侧、电网侧和需求侧利益协调的电力现货市场出清优化模型,通过数值模拟分析验证了该模型的有效性和优越性。 The participation of renewable energy in the clearing of the electricity spot market requires consideration of demand side re-sponse and coordination between energy storage.To ensure the improvement of market benefits among multiple entities,optimization research should be conducted on the traditional clearing strategy of the electricity spot market.Considering the benefits of all parties,incorporating the adjustment needs different peak valley differences in the power grid into the bidding process,and proposes a spot trading system that considers the allocation of income from sources,grids,loads,and storage.To ensure low-carbon operation of the system,carbon emission trading on the energy supply side is considered,and an optimization model for electricity spot market clearing based on the coordination of benefits among the energy supply side,energy storage side,power grid side,and demand side is estab-lished.The effectiveness and superiority of the proposed model are verified through numerical simulation analysis.
