医疗设备报废信息管理系统的设计及应用

摘要 目的针对传统医疗设备报废的痛点,设计一套操作便捷且规范化的医疗设备报废信息管理系统。方法系统以ASP.NET MVC为开发架构,基于医疗设备报废实际,通过钉钉开发平台,证书颁发机构认证,内置报废申请、报废鉴定、报废审批、报废跟踪和报废处置模块,实现报废管理的无纸化及实时化。结果传统手工报废流程耗时(45.72±30.76)h/台件,信息管理系统执行报废程序耗时(7.37±5.67)h/台件,使用信息管理系统后单设备报废耗时降幅达到83.88%,业务开展效率提升显著,且差异有统计学意义(t=3.003,P=0.028)。结论医疗设备报废信息管理系统显著推动了医疗设备报废工作的有序进行,大幅提升了报废流程的规范化管理水平和工作效率,为各医疗机构在报废管理方面提供了有力的参考。 Objective To address the pain points of traditional medical equipment scrapping,to design a convenient and standardized medical equipment scrapping information management system.Methods The system was developed using ASP.NET MVC as the development architecture.Based on the actual scrapping of medical equipment,through the nail development platform,certificate of certificate authority,the system embedded the modules for scrapping application,scrapping identification,scrapping approval,scrapping tracking and scrapping disposal,which achieved paperless and real-time scrapping management.Results The traditional manual scrapping process took(45.72±30.76)hours per piece,while the information management system executed the scrapping procedure in(7.37±5.67)hours per piece.After using the information management system,the time reduction for individual equipment scrapping reached 83.88%,significantly improving operational efficiency with statistical significance(t=3.003,P=0.028).Conclusion This system has significantly promoted the orderly progress of medical equipment scrapping work,greatly improved the standardized management level and work efficiency of the scrapping process,which provides a powerful reference mode for medical institutions in scrapping management.
