兴隆水利枢纽下横围堰土工包应急封堵设计研究

摘要 为解决具有挡、泄水功能土工包封堵堰体的设计难点,以土工包在兴隆水利枢纽下游横向围堰上应急筑堤的设计为例,采用三维数值模拟计算方法并结合过鱼季节鱼类洄游的要求,分析了封堵堰体高程、上下游水头差、缺口段流速及封堵堰体稳定计算等主要技术参数选取的设计思路和方法。结果表明:推荐防渗墙缺口段应急封堵高程为27.80 m。工程完工后经历汉江秋汛,土工包封堵堰体基本完好无损。土工包堰体的泄水功能具有设计创新性和工程实用性。研究成果可为类似工程的设计提供技术支撑和应用示范。 In order to solve the technical difficulties in the design of earthwork blocking weir with the function of retaining and releasing water,the design of emergency construction of transverse cofferdam embankment at downstream of Xinglong Water Conservancy Project was taken as an example.Based on the three-dimensional numerical simulation method and the requirements of fish migration,the design concepts and methods of the main technical parameters such as the height of the blocking weir body,head difference between upstream and downstream,velocity of the notch section and the stability of the blocking weir body were analyzed.The recommended weir height for the barrage was 27.80 meters.The results showed that the blocking weir body was basically intact during and after the Autumn flood season of Hanjiang River.The drainage function of earthwork blocking weir body was innovative and practical,which can provide a technical support and application demonstration for the design of similar projects.
