摘要
以齐文化为视角,探讨地域文化普及化发展的重要意义、思想内容与发展路径,以期实现地域文化更广泛地走进社会,更好地发挥作用,服务于社会主义文化强国建设。以习近平总书记关于中华优秀传统文化的重要论述为指导,结合现实需求,通过阐发齐文化普及化发展对落实“两创”方针、塑造城市文化品格、提升公众文明素养等的重要意义,挖掘齐文化中所蕴含的家国情怀、社会道义、人生哲学、治国思想、生态理念等主要思想内容,从规划设计、政策扶持、项目开发、品牌打造等四个维度提出了普及化发展的实现路径。当前,地域文化要创新文化传播方式,拓宽文化应用平台,通过现代化的表达方式与项目化开发紧密结合,才能实现高质量的普及化发展,得到最大范围的认同,焕发出更大的生机活力。
Taking the perspective of Qi culture,this paper explores the significance,ideological content,and development path of the popularization of regional culture,aiming to enable regional culture to enter society more extensively,play a greater role and better serve the construction of a country with strong socialist culture.Guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on Chinese excellent traditional culture and combined with practical needs,this paper elaborates the important significance of the popularization of Qi culture for implementing the"Two Innovation"policy,shaping urban cultural character,and enhancing public civilization literacy.It explores the main ideological content contained in Qi culture,such as patriotism,social morality,life philosophy,governance thought,and ecological concepts and put forward the realization path of popularization development from four dimensions—planning and design,policy support,project development and brand building.Nowadays,in order to achieve high-quality popularization development,gain greatest scope of recognition and rejuvenate with greater vitality,region culture is supposed to innovate its ways of cultural communication,broaden the platform of cultural application and integrate with industrial development closely through modern expression.
