摘要
目的:观察葛根汤合黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:收集自2021年9月至2022年4月就诊的48例风寒痹阻兼气血两虚型神经根型颈椎病患者病例资料。采用葛根汤合黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗,临床观察3周。比较治疗前后主要证候积分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评分,观察临床疗效。结果:治疗总有效率为93.75%。治疗后主要证候积分、VAS评分及NDI评分均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:葛根汤合黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗神经根型颈椎病,可明显改善症状,提高患者生活质量,具有很好的临床疗效。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the modified decoction of Gegen combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:We analyzed 48 patients with Fenghan obstruction and deficiency of Qixue type cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,from September 2021 to April 2022,treated with the modified decoction of Gegen combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu,and observed for 3 weeks.The main symptom scores,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,and neck disability index(NDI)scores before and after treatment were compared to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment was 93.75%.After treatment,the main symptom scores,VAS scores,and NDI scores all significantly decreased,compared to that before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion:The modified decoction of Gegen combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu can effectively improve symptoms and enhance the quality of life for patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.It demonstrates excellent clinical efficacy.
