摘要
株洲某超高层商住楼结构总高148.6m,为钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构超高层建筑。该楼存在高度超限、扭转不规则、凹凸不规则、刚度突变、局部不规则等多项超限内容。采用抗震性能化设计,计算采用YJK、ETABS等软件对结构进行小震弹性计算、弹性时程计算及中震计算,采用SAUSAGE软件进行罕遇地震弹塑性时程计算,并针对超限提出相应的技术措施,分析结果表明整体结构可以达到预定的性能目标。
A super high⁃rise commercial and residential building in Zhuzhou,with a total height of 148.6m,is a super high⁃rise building with reinforced concrete frame and shear wall structure.The building has several items beyond the limit of the code⁃specification,such as height exceedance,torsional irregularity,concave and convex irregularity,stiffness mutation,and local irregularity.The performance⁃based seismic design was used by software YJK and ETABS.For the super high⁃rise structure,elastic analysis under frequent earthquakes,elastic time history analysis under medium earthquakes were finished.Furthermore,the software SAUSAGE was used to analyze the elastic⁃plastic time history under rare earthquakes,and the corresponding technical measures were proposed to the transfinite items.The analysis show that the whole structure could achieve the predetermined performance objectives.
