摘要
随着厂房生产活动的日益智能化,人们对电气设备的安装质量提出了更高的要求。因此,加强对电气设备安装技术的研究对保证安装质量具有重要意义。文章结合实际工程,分析了电气设备安装技术在建筑厂房中的应用,重点研究了电缆桥架安装的施工要点、配管连接的连接方式、盘和柜安装的施工工艺、变压器吊装的施工流程、电磁流量计的安装方法以及差压管路测量的连接方式,旨在提高厂房电气设备的安装质量。
With the increasingly intelligent production activities in the plant,higher requirements are put forward for the installation quality of electrical equipment.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the research on the installation technology of electrical equipment to ensure the installation quality.Combining with the actual project,this paper analyzes the application of electrical equipment installation technology in the building plant,focusing on the construction points of cable tray installation,the connection mode of piping connection,the construction technology of panel and cabinet installation,the construction process of transformer hoisting,the installation method of electromagnetic flowmeter,and the connection mode of differential pressure pipeline measurement,in order to improve the installation quality of electrical equipment in the plant.
