摘要
针对现有仓储系统与生产能力不匹配、末煤入洗量过大以及洗选工艺落后等问题,提出了仓储系统、洗选系统以及洗煤工艺改造方案,并在分选过程中增加了脱粉工艺,优化了产品结构。实践证明,经过优化改造,选煤厂的设备开机率、分选效率大幅提高,煤泥水系统运行压力、员工劳动强度明显降低,生产能力、洗选质量和经济效益显著提升。
In view of the problems of conventional coal preparation methods,such as the existing storage system does not match the production capacity,the large amount of small fine coal,the backward washing process and the low separation efficiency,the transformation scheme of storage system,washing system and coal washing process is put forward,and the powder removal process is added to optimize the product structure.Practice has proved that after the optimization and transformation,the production capacity of the coal preparation plant has been improved,the equipment operation rate,separation efficiency and economic benefits have been greatly improved,the operation pressure of the slime water system and the labor intensity of the employees have been reduced,and the washing quality has been significantly improved.
